"Big Sis B" is the first segment of the 3rd episode of the sixth season of Trolls: TrollsTopia, and the 82nd overall episode in the series. It premiered in February 17, 2022.
Synopsis[]
Rhythm & Blues accidentally breaks the Funk ship and puts them in a dangerous situation.
Plot[]
Poppy visits Rhythm & Blues at their lab in Vibe Town. They offer to show her how the portals work again, but she insists she doesn't need them to before promptly falling into another one. Poppy is here for a cupcake they baked her. She kept waiting for the perfect moment to eat it because she was touched. Now the cupcake is rotten. She asks if they are going to make her another one, but instead R&B will make a de-aging machine and zap that cupcake back to fresh. Poppy thinks it is a lot of trouble but they already begin their machine.
Blues sets the machine, constantly asking for Rhythm's help, helping out her little sister while she works. Poppy comments she loves how the two work together. Blues comments that she never works without her sister as when she needs help she just looks and there she is having her back. Suddenly, there is an error in the machine and R tells the pair to get down.
There is a flash of light and the cupcake is restored to fresh again - but R is now a 3-year-old Troll as it has also de-aged her. Blues need to restore her sister's age meanwhile Rhythm begin to quote science facts, then proceeds to touch things that are breakable. Poppy and Blue's struggle to control her and during the chaos she is creating, she touches a button that ejects all other Trolls on the ship leaving the trio inside. Rhythm spots milkshakes and she drinks one and knocks the other over which impacts the controls of the spaceship and sends them out into space. As Blues tries to get things under control but has no access to the ships controls right now, a voice notes the ship is on course to crash into a nearby star in 23 minutes.
Blues doesn't know if she can fix things with her sister. They once again try to catch her, but she moves too fast to catch her. She runs into the anti-gravity cafeteria and they chase her there. R proceeds to play with the gravity controls making it impossible to catch her still. She then finds the dessert replicator and the pair are sent away in a tidal wave of milkshake. Rhythm begins to sing about being a child and how much fun she is having.
They give up and are running out of time. Poppy tells Blues she is going to have to repair the ship herself. Poppy asks what they should do since they can't catch her. Blues lays a "bait" for her (a book on Advanced Quantum and Hyper-Dimensional Theotics). This works and attracts her. With the younger version of her sister distracted, she reverses the machine and ages her sister. This time, however, she goes in the opposite direction, making her very old.
The hip nears the star leading to the duo to panic, Rhythm goes to pilot the ship and fix the issue, but due to her age falls asleep after putting her teeth back in. Blues now have no choice but to fix the ship without her sister. Poppy tells her to try and be her own big sister and fix the ship. Blues tries it, mimicking her sister as she works.
She manages to save the day and the ship begins a direct course back to TrollsTopia. The duo are relieved. Rhythm wakes up and Poppy tells her about her sister saving the day on her own. Blues is confident she can fix her sister, but then her sister goes into a story about when she was a 3 year old. Both Blues and Poppy decide to listen to the story and wait to reverse her age.

- Rhythm says "everyone get down to Funky Town", Funkytown is the name of a song of the same name.
- When Rhythm is playing with the gravity in the Antigravity cafeteria, at one point Poppy and Blues mimic Tetris blocks, complete with a similar sounding tune.
- The Funk Trolls replica technology was last seen in "The Fun Harvest".
- As of this episode, the two Funk Sisters no longer share the same voice actress and now have their own voices. In addition, Blues is no longer regarded as "Sister Supreme" and Rhythm now holds that title as the older sister.
- While the changes are unexplained, its possible the staff changed their minds on some minor details of the pair and until now it was not yet solidified on the finer details of their relationship. As of this episode, the girls status with each other is now refined. It was unclear if the sister were twins, as stand-in for Prince D and his brother Cooper. Many of the Trolls that had appeared in Trolls: TrollsTopia had parallels to Trolls from Trolls World Tour, such as Synth and King Trollex.
