Cookie Sugarloaf is an average-sized Troll with bright purple skin and a dark purple nose. Like many other Trolls, her cyan hair is long and sticks up. Her eyes appear to be a shade of dark blue. She wears a bright yellow dress with a green ombre effect. She also has a green bracelet on her left wrist.
Cookie's model was created via random Troll generation like other named minor characters such as Moxie Dewdrop and Mandy Sparkledust.
