I left a admin message in the private area of Discord.
The issue is that I have to trust the judgement of those I've given power, meaning that while I have the power to interfere I need you and D.Lover to talk this through. The moment I change this ban it means I didn't trust my admin staff enough; i.e. what was the point in me assigning their roles? They need to learn to, but at least your talking, a lot of people don't except to complain. So D.Lover has to decide if they want to lower your status. Its not I can't interfere, its that I won't so we need D.Lover to just talk this out with you. I originally gave D.Lover their role because they were talking in the community so their lack of response is disappointing me.
I'll change it only if D.Lover doesn't respond by Wednesday. ^_^'
I’m sorry Kof. But your edits have been unhelpful and...yet you keep on repeating the same. I also recall you ignoring the edit warning of things too specific. However, my judgement was clouded by then. So apologies for imposing a harsh ban.
yeah but the warning was put out to everyone not this editor specifically, so it wasn't like I gave it SPECIFICALLY to them, so they likely just missed it. O.o
Also, their offence is just editing back in the introduction text to add specifically what their role is when I want to keep them from that. Save Poppy who was made to be the series protagonist. Its mainly to avoid complications down the line as each addition to the series may change the status quo too much. And I don't want heap of into say if some goes from protagonist,to antagonist, to tritagonist, etc as it will get silly.
you did need a ban, yes, you kinda undid edits which without reason can be counterproductive.... but D,Lover dumped lava on the campfire to put it out here. ^_^'
Hiya, you've been banned for keep adding things to the introduction that kept getting removed.
Undoing these edits is considered non-productive and furthermore we don't need to write precisely what role the character is. For example, we just need to note Essence is queen of the funk trolls and the Funky Family matron. We don't need to also say "she is a minor supporting...". Mostly because people who keep adding these are getting things wrong.
Aside from Branch and Poppy, its generally best to keep introductions simply. They can get a bit carried away. All the reader needs to know for example is Cooper is a prince of the Funk Troll tribe and therefore a Troll. You don't need to list his a major character.
Poppy and Branch need it as Poppy's the main protagonist and Branch is her love interest. So you need to explain their protagonist and protagonists' mate and leave it at that.
