Retro Trolls were a sub-Tribe of Trolls that existed in Trolls-era media.
This term has been abandoned since Trolls World Tour. This is more explainable than most other families, as most of this family's members referenced music genres such as Disco. This is the only Trolls era family that was completely removed from use with none of its members being reclassified as anything else.

They have attires resembling 20th-century fashion.

Unlike all other families, Retro Trolls had no canonical representatives. The only named members are from the Trolls: Crazy Party Forest! app.

Trivia[]
- Berry is based on Disco, while Pearl is based on a Hippy.
- The family was the only one that had no canonically-named members. For all other families, a canon member was present, i.e. Branch and Poppy as well as their relatives were the basis of the "Rainbow" family, and DJ Suki for the "Treasure" family.
- Flint's outfit resembles some of the original designs for Trolls before it was re-conceptualized as a musical.
