Sid Fret is a minor Rock Troll from Trolls World Tour who was named in the movie's ending credits. He also appeared in a non-speaking role in Trolls: Holiday in Harmony.

Normal

Sid Fret is a modified Random Troll. He can be picked out due to his distinct zebra-patterned headband. He's a grey-purple Rock Troll with black hair and a muddy blue nose. Besides the headband, he wears a red and black shirt, black shorts, a leather vest and studded bracelets. He has a smaller body and longer arms than most Rock Trolls, giving a look of constantly standing in a slumped position.

Personality

Sid is somewhat dimwitted and even oblivious to things at times, often responding with a surprisingly positive response. The Snack Pack easily fooled him with their Rock 'n' Roll get-ups into thinking they were Rock Trolls. Another example is when Barb throws a chainsaw and cuts another Rock Troll's hair, he tells her "Nice hair, dude.", ignoring how close she came to having her head cut off by Barb accidentally. He's otherwise a typical laid-back and chilled Rock Troll.

He is presumably quite high up in the ranks of the Rock Trolls, as he's among Barb's inner circle of Rockers like Carol.

He has most normal Troll abilities, as well as the abilities of his Tribe.

Intelligence

As shown in the Trolls World Tour movie, Sid is typical of his Tribe, and shows the common Rock Troll dimwittedness.

Music

As a Rock Troll he, like the other Rock Trolls, is into Rock music. He has the job of "roadie", and while he lacks in intelligence, according to his bio knows what to do and when to do it to support the musicians of his Tribe, making him a highly reliable backup member of Barb's entourage.

Etymology

A "fret" is the name of the raised bars on a stringed instrument like the guitar.

Trivia

• Both he and Carol have distinct modifications that involve animal skin pattern prints to separate them from normal Random Trolls. Sid has his zebra-print headband, and Carol has her leopard-print leotard.
