Sir Tandeth and Certain Death are a pair of one-off characters who appear in the Trolls: The Beat Goes On! Season 3 episode "Lost In The Woods".
Appearance[]
Sir Tandeth appears to be a humanoid dressed in a full-plate armor from head to toe with no visible physical traits seen through it. His armor is red and blue with grey sleeves, and his helmet has white horns. On his back, he carries a sword. His appearance makes others see him as foreboding at first.
Certain Death is a grey-green colored humanoid with red eyes and briefs. He is based on a wrestler.
Personality[]
Sir Tandeth is polite and helpful, and is more than willing to help lost travellers find their way through the depths of the dark forests. He's distraught over his name, as many mistake him for Certain Death.
Certain Death, on the other hand, is aggressive and won't let travellers escape. He pulls them into an wrestling ring for a fight. His reputation has led to many of the forest creatures fear him, and even Sir Tandeth warns Archer Pastry about him.
Etymology[]
- Sir Tandeth's name is a mispelling on "Tendeth", which means "one who tends". He basically tends in this case to the safe passage of Archer.
- Certain Death's name is a play on the phrase "to face certain death", which was previously said by Cloud Guy in Trolls.
