The book is 388 ages long and consists of a low quality print out of each part of the Trolls storyline.
Small details of the storyline are not mentioned or glossed over but it is one of the more detailed and yet faithful retellings of the Trolls movie. There are no chapter divides. Pages 345-360 may be not centred correctly in some copies and therefore the numbers on the bottom of these pages may be cut off. Pages may commonly have dust related printing issues where dust got in the way of the inkjet printer that was used for printing the pages. Black outlines may also be commonly off centre.
In addition while most comics and books are intended for audiences younger then ten, the age range of this book is 9-12 year olds.
The book was published for simultaneously for both United States and Canada markets. The book was printed in 2016 by the newly formed company "Joe Books Ltd", which went bankrupt in 2019.
